Four simple steps, without complications No application portals and no assessment fees. A conversation, a visit, a written plan, and then care that starts.
1 Call or send a message Tell us what is going on. No forms to fill out first. A short conversation tells us whether we are the right fit, roughly what hours you are looking at, and how urgent the situation is. If we are not the right service for you we will say so and point you somewhere better. 2 Free consultation We meet in the home, or at the bedside, and listen. We walk the house for safety, go through the daily routine, and talk about preferences down to how somebody likes their coffee. Family members are welcome to join by phone. There is no charge and no obligation. 3 A written care plan You get the schedule, the tasks, and the cost in writing. The plan lists exactly what each shift covers, who is coming, and what it costs per week. Nothing is left to be sorted out later, and the plan changes whenever the need does. The plan lists exactly what each shift covers, who is coming, and what it costs per week. 4 Care begins Introductions first, then a routine that settles quickly. We introduce the caregiver before their first shift wherever possible. After each visit you get notes on how the day went, and we check in during the first week to adjust anything that is not working.
